Order may be placed by online system, mail, fax, phone, or E-mail.

Payment

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Certified Cheque, Money Order or Cash (Walk-in Clients). Personal or Company Cheque will be accepted with an approval.

Customers who pull chargebacks will be reported to all major credit bureaus as a delinquent collection account.

Shipping

Delivery will be arranged through Canada Post or Fedex service and customers will be charged the shipping cost determined by Canada Post's server and Fedex's server in real time associated with their orders.

Once the actual shipping fee may be higher than the online order system calculation, we’ll contact you to get your authorization to charge you actual shipping fee.

Orders are shipped within 24 hours, when products are in stock.
Acupuncture needles and stimulators only sell to qualified healthcare professionals
Delivery by Canada Post takes 2 to 3 business days in Quebec and 2 to 5 business days for the rest of Canada. Delivery by Fedex takes 2-5 days in Canada

Return

Return will be acceptable within 10 days from the invoice date for credit or refund with our prior approval by phone or writing. Returned item must be unused and be in original package with seals intact and unbroken. Shipping charges for the returned items must be prepaid and insured by the purchaser. Any return after the above-specified period will be subjected to a credit ONLY.

Return items will be charge 15% for reorganization and re-package

No return or exchange for massage oil, Gel, cream, essential oils unless they are in original package with seals intact.

No return or exchange for herbs, Chinese medicines, books, charts, magazines and CD

No return or exchange for massage table sheets, covers, linen, bolster wraps if they have been used or washed

No return or exchange for acupuncture needles, TDP Lamps, stimulators or other therapeutic equipments in contact with body, unless they are in original package with seals intact and unused.

Equipment Limited Warranty

This limited warranty covers any defective materials or workmanship and does not apply in below cases:
• Loss or damage due to abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, accident or electrical current fluctuation.
• Use of parts or supplies not sold by us which damage the equipment
• This warranty does not cover any consumable part, which has a lifetime.
• Any loss of revenue or profits, failure to realize savings or other benefits, or for any other special, incidental or consequential damages are not covered.

Massage chairs
Massage table chairs: 3 years from the invoice date

Massage tables:

Eco. Solutions: 1.5 years from the invoice date
Lierre Plus: 2 years from the invoice date
Other portative massage tables: 3 years from the invoice date
Electric massage tables: 5 years warranty for motor and 20 years for table frame

Defective massage table will be repaired or exchanged for a brand new

TDP Lamp: Within 90 days from the date of invoice date, defective equipment will be repaired or exchanged for a brand new unit without charge of parts and labour.
After 90 days but within the one-year from the date of invoice date, product returned and proven to be defective upon inspection, will be repaired or exchanged for parts. No charge for parts ONLY labour cost will be charged.
